The researchers chose 7 incompatible scholars to conduct a survey active the chosen topic. Most of the respondents came from student assistants category and the others came from the category of donnish scholars. Other reasons are for them to gain independency.The effectiveness of financial management is measured by proper usance of money and thinking a creative way of using up money. Therefore, these learners have a good strategic measures in managing their time and studies.ConclusionBased on the presented and interp reted information above, the following conclusions were drawn 1. That most of the scholars spend their money more on food for it is an essential need. 2. That most of the scholars wanted to help their parents to reduce the number of expenses. 3. That most of the scholars allot their time to school by doing different duties but assures that grades of them will not be affected.
